God’s There Even When You’re Unaware

I’ve been in and out of trouble almost all my 24 years of life.  I’ve heard Jesus’ name throughout this life but I’ve been ignoring Him.  I’ve read a testimony from Susan on the cover page of Freedom Walk Issue #41, and it made me feel good to know that the Lord is always there.  Now its to the point I’ve tried desperately to get out of prison the  wrong way.  Now I’m digging a deeper hole, and I’ve lied to cover up the truth in a lot of ways – just to go home. I write because I need prayer to help me grow as a Christian, to help me be strong, to make the right choices, to put God first and trust in Him, and know I can always pray that He works a miracle in my court cases so I can be home with my son Adam and hopefully be with his mother. God knows our hearts and he knows us completely.  I’ve put so many prayer requests since I’ve been in prison, so far the Lord hasn’t answered my last two.  Maybe I wasn’t sincere.  I don’t know, but I trust that God has heard this prayer request by you.  Thank you Jesus for hearing me.  Amen!!
