APRIL 20-29, 2007 FLORIDA MISSION TRIP

God opened Florida to us through Christmas cards and the Freedom Walk newsletter. The need to do follow up mission work is very clear.  Please keep this in prayer and any help you can give with travel expenses would be greatly appreciated.  The High Atmosphere Blue Grass Band will be with us as well as Mitch and Gail Keirsey of Keirsey Ministries and board member, Lt. Col Steven Grimo, conductor of the Air Force Academy Band.  Another gentleman, Scott Fredricks, of Rogers, Arkansas, will participate also.  Scott deeply loves Jesus and wants to serve.  His passion is to reach prisoners for Christ and we want to encourage him in that.  Round trip air fair for each of us is around $250.   God is already opening homes for places to stay.  Please keep us in prayer as details are worked out and we see what prison doors God opens for PWFP worship services in Florida.   God bless you for your faithfulness.

UPDATE FOR FLORIDA MISSION TRIP

The mission trip to Florida was more than could have been expected.  PWFP held worship services at eleven prison facilities.  Over 500 prisoners completed prayer requests which were assigned to volunteer prayer warriors when we returned to Colorado.
Florida chaplains and prisoners were excited about PWFP and the fact that people really do care and want to pray for prisoners.  Most had received Christmas cards from PWFP volunteers and were delighted to connect people with the PWFP Christmas card ministry. What a blessing to observe their joy.  Hundreds of lives were touched and many men and women came forward for prayer and to accept Jesus as their personal Savior.  (To read more about the Florida Mission trip, Click on Light For The Journey - June.)

The number of inmates now on the PWFP data base is almost 7,000.  Thank you for your prayers and continued support.

ALL PRAISE TO OUR FATHER FOR HIS MINISTRY AND HIS UNBELIEVABLE WAY THAT HE USES HIS WILLING VESSELS TO DELIVER HIS MESSAGE
TO “THE LEAST OF THESE”.
Thank you all once again for your help and may God bless you.
